Questions about pricing
Who needs a paid seat?
Only Authors, the people who create, review and approve. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan.
How much does Teams cost?
US$59 per Author per month billed annually, or US$69 billed monthly, with a minimum of 3 Authors per department. Teams covers up to 10 departments; more than that is Enterprise.
Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. In India, Teams is ₹2,999 per Author per month billed annually, or ₹3,499 billed monthly, plus 18% GST.
How does the 60-day early-access trial work?
Your organisation gets the Teams plan free for 60 days from the day it is set up. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your organisation moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
What happens if we go over a Free plan limit?
Nothing you have already created is removed. You cannot add more departments or functions than the plan allows until you move to Teams.
