Terms of Service: the key points

Using OrgMemory

• These terms are between us and the organisation that signs up. The person who accepts them confirms they can act for that organisation.
• Your content is yours. We use it only to provide OrgMemory to you.
• AI can be wrong. AI drafts and answers are suggestions: your people review and approve them before they take effect. Orbit answers only from content that is approved and in force.
• Keep sign-in details safe, give access only to the right people, and don’t upload data you have no right to use.
• Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to reach other organisations’ data, no overloading or scraping, no reselling access.

Plans and early access

• Plans are Free, Teams and Enterprise, priced as shown on the pricing page. Viewers are always free; Teams is charged per Author.
• Early access: the Teams plan, free for 60 days, with no card needed.
• After 60 days your organisation moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted.
• If you’re over the Free limits, everything you have stays; you just can’t add more until you move to Teams.
• During early access OrgMemory is provided as it is, with no service-level commitment, and features may change.

Your data

• Your organisation’s data is stored in the European Union, and each organisation’s data is kept separate.
• We use carefully chosen service providers to run OrgMemory, each bound to protect your data. When you use an AI feature, only the text needed for that task is sent, and some AI processing may take place outside the EU.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We measure visits to this website with anonymous, aggregated statistics. They use no cookies and do not identify you.
• Audio you upload for transcription is deleted once it has been transcribed.
• Early-access sign-ups are used only to contact you about early access. Write to us and we’ll delete them.
