What is OrgMemory?

OrgMemory is an intelligence hub for your organisation's institutional knowledge. It brings policies, processes, products and services, SLAs, KPIs and your own knowledge bases into one linked, versioned memory, and sets out what people and AI agents can and cannot do.

Is OrgMemory a document management system?

No. A document management system stores files. OrgMemory stores knowledge as AI-native, structured records that are linked to each other, approved by the right people and kept in every version, so both people and AI agents can rely on them.

How long does it take to document a process?

Minutes, for the person who does the work. Have a conversation with AI about how you do it; OrgMemory turns it into structured notes, a workflow and a deep dive for you to review and send for approval.

Where is our data stored?

In the European Union. Each organisation's data is kept separate, and Enterprise customers can have a dedicated database.

What does 'AI-agent ready' mean?
